Couldn't fault Ash as an agent, he went above and beyond to ensure my property had the best chance to sell. There were no surprises and he was always honest and upfront with his price estimates. I would happily recommend Ash to anyone looking to sell or buy in Christchurch.

Spencer helped us with the first home buying experience during a very stressful time in our lives. Having been on the hunt for a home for a good few years and having to deal with many hurdles along the way, his clarity and responsiveness made the process as seamless as possible. Despite our circumstances leading to a somewhat urgent turnaround time, he remained cool and calm allowing us to finally seal the deal on our first place! Any questions we had, any time of the day or night, Spencer was always there to give us an answer. Thanks again!
