I can’t recommend Sam enough, she made my first home buying experience stress free, smooth and exciting. As a first home buyer I had many questions, but Sam was always patient and knowledgeable at every step in finding me a home I loved. Her communication is outstanding and she was always quick to respond and happy to explain things clearly for me. I felt supported at every step as I truly felt she had my best interests at heart. I was recommended and met Sam early on in my journey to buying a house in CHCH, I currently live in Wellington. Sam was enthusiastic, professional, helpful and full of local knowledge. Once I had given Sam my brief she went to work sourcing, visiting and following up any questions I had around the properties she was suggesting or any others that I sent her to review. Her help was invaluable especially considering I was an out-of-town buyer. Her diligence and attention to detail became evident as we whittled down options and targeted properties together. She then ultimately represented me at auction which proved successful and saved myself and my wife a ton of work (and cost). I recommend Sam to anyone local and/or out of town, she will not leave any stone unturned to both deliver you the property you desire and assist you in the process of purchasing. Zani had extremely good market knowledge and offered extremely helpful advice. At one stage during our marketing campaign we had an unpleasant individual view our property who bought a friend through who was an electrician he then claimed to have concerns. Our own builders report did not show this. Once again Zani was increasingly professional and organised for a further property assessment and disclosed the concerns to all other interested parties so as to be completely transparent. None of the other interested parties voiced concern. We felt well represented by Zani in this situation and had a positive auction experience.

What I liked most about Kapil is that when I listed my requirements he payed attention. He didn’t try to push me into a higher price range or disregard my wants. As a result we looked at a variety of places that were all suitable until I found the one I loved.
