She has a very solid grasp on the local property market which was very important to me and she had a clear understanding of the likely buyer profile: first-time buyers, downsizers or investors which proved spot on. I can also commend Jackie's clear communication skills and exemplary professionalism throughout the selling process as she (and her team)kept as fully informed of progress during the short period we were on the market. Shelley and Jackie Frame were able to give me a professional and accurate Appraisal of my property. I was planning to market and sell my property myself however I soon realised I could not match their enthusiasm and skills and so I signed up with their Hanmer Harcourts Office. Throughout the campaign Shelley showed her natural ability to manage and navigate a good number of prospective buyers to attend the Auction. Michelle offered us friendly, professional, informative and efficient service from appraisal to sale. Auction day, however, seemed like a lot of hype and the auctioneer unavailable to support our agent with the negotiation process following the auction. Our property did sell shortly after auction, though, so an excellent result in the end.
