Shelley and Jackie Frame were able to give me a professional and accurate Appraisal of my property. I was planning to market and sell my property myself however I soon realised I could not match their enthusiasm and skills and so I signed up with their Hanmer Harcourts Office. Throughout the campaign Shelley showed her natural ability to manage and navigate a good number of prospective buyers to attend the Auction. Michelle offered us friendly, professional, informative and efficient service from appraisal to sale. Auction day, however, seemed like a lot of hype and the auctioneer unavailable to support our agent with the negotiation process following the auction. Our property did sell shortly after auction, though, so an excellent result in the end.
