From our first 'walk in' at an open home and through many many open homes Shelley was the ultimate professional. Working with Jackie they answered all our questions promptly and efficiently. They communicated well on new properties coming to the market and any changes to properties we had previously viewed. As we were in the North Island they were accommodating in our availability times. Their local knowledge was excellent and they built our trust. There liaison between each other is very strong and we knew what was discussed with one would be effectively updated to the other. When we purchased our property Jackie was the agent for the seller. We very quickly found her to be incredibly capable, with an in-depth knowledge of the Hanmer market. We appreciated her calm, honest approach and the fact that she is not pushy. When we came to sell the property we immediately went back to Jackie, and she has done a fantastic, no stress, job of selling the house in the price range that she quoted. She has great relationships in Hanmer and managed open homes around rental bookings with no fuss. We would highly recommend her.
