About Shelley

Shelley has been a resident of Hanmer Springs since 2010, she lives here with her Husband and teenage daughter and enjoys being an active member of the Hanmer Springs community making the most of the local shops, cafes and walking tracks. Giving back to the local community is a passion for Shelley. As well as being Chair of the Hanmer Springs Community Trust which owns the local Medical Centre, Meals on Wheels and Hanmer Events, Shelley is usually out on an event course encouraging participants or competing herself! Previously, Shelley has served a 5 year term on the Hanmer Springs School Board of Trustees and has been President and Treasurer for the local netball club. Growing up on a farm in Mid Canterbury, Shelley started her career in Banking, moving on to Financial Planning, and specialising in Wealth Management with ANZ Private Banking. Following the move to Hanmer, Shelley established a business providing Bookkeeping and administration services for the local business and farming communities. After 10+ years of operating this business, Shelley has recently joined the Harcourts Four Seasons team in Hanmer Springs and is relishing the opportunity of working in a Team with Jackie Frame. Shelley is renowned for her Professionalism and Integrity. Coupled with her ability to 'make things happen' and sense of humour, she is looking forward to providing the same standards of excellence to Vendors and Purchasers in the local market.

Outstanding Support Every Step of the Way

We couldn’t recommend Shelley highly enough. From the very beginning, she was professional, honest, caring and incredibly supportive throughout the sale of our family home in Hanmer Springs. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but partway through the process we relocated to Ireland while the house was still on the market. Shelley went above and beyond to make selling from the other side of the world as simple and stress-free as possible. Whether it was arranging contractors on our behalf, keeping us updated, or taking late-night and early-morning calls when a few delays arose around settlement, nothing was ever a problem.
