Selling property is often a stressful time. I sold 40ha out of 103ha of my property. Unfortunately, when the title was issued before the sale, the local council had not included a new rapid number for the 40ha section. Hence the address above is incorrect and has caused a lot of needless confusion. However, Michelle made the rest of the experience stress free for me. She was genuine in her approach to the sale.
