Michelle from the beginning made things simple and straight forward. She took the time to learn about us and our goals with our sale. Her knowledge was strong, and worked hard in providing us all the information needed for us to sell our home. Her communication is one of her best strengths, she is available and her response time is quick. She works with you in all aspects. .We never felt that our home was not important, and she knew how to ensure we felt as little stress and worry as possible. Michelle offered us friendly, professional, informative and efficient service from appraisal to sale. Auction day, however, seemed like a lot of hype and the auctioneer unavailable to support our agent with the negotiation process following the auction. Our property did sell shortly after auction, though, so an excellent result in the end.
