We couldn’t recommend Shelley highly enough. From the very beginning, she was professional, honest, caring and incredibly supportive throughout the sale of our family home in Hanmer Springs. Selling a home can be stressful at the best of times, but partway through the process we relocated to Ireland while the house was still on the market. Shelley went above and beyond to make selling from the other side of the world as simple and stress-free as possible. Whether it was arranging contractors on our behalf, keeping us updated, or taking late-night and early-morning calls when a few delays arose around settlement, nothing was ever a problem. We always felt that Shelley genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us and having someone we could completely trust looking after things back in Hanmer Springs made a huge difference. We dealt with Shelley in the main and Shelley was fantastic. Really calm, level headed and friendly with an innate knowledge of the market in the area. Shelley kept us informed all the way through and although we bombarded her with questions, being new to the area, nothing was too much trouble.
