From the very first meeting with Zani and infact even the first phone call before we zoomed, it was apparent that Zani was very thorough and very determined. It felt like Zani was working 24/7 to sell our house and we were in the loop with everything that was happening a long the way. With a few speed bumps along the way that were out of our and Zani's control, Zani tackled them face on for us and guided us with the best decisions that needed to be made. Real Estate agents get a pretty bad wrap and some probably rightly so but Zani proved from the first welcoming phone call to the last phone call to congratulate us on our sale, she was committed to giving the best possible service from herself and Harcourts.
