As first home buyers, we were naive entering the market. Working with Zani made the process of both looking for a home and making an offer seamless. She has such a wealth of knowledge of the industry and knows all the right questions to ask, being both professional but also very approachable. There's no question that without her help we'd still be looking for our first home! Highly recommend Zani to anyone looking to purchase a property.

Jack and Steven gave us a broad market base for our apartment which is why we chose them. The auction was nearly successful in a difficult market place, but days later they had pulled a sale out of thin air!! They were always so easy to deal with, and being out of Christchurch it didnt affect the process at all. We received regular and precise updates almost on a daily basis. Thank you guys for a great team effort.

Jack (& Steven) are a joy to work with. Their market knowledge and professionalism are outstanding and Jack's guidance on presenting our home in the best possible way was invaluable. Communication throughout marketing campaign was excellent and the numbers who viewed at the many open days was very encouraging, especially the number of "repeat" viewers. Jack is adept at calming the waters in times of stress and guiding you through all the options. The auction itself is a very stressful time and the support during those long minutes was superb. To cap it all off, when looking to buy a new home, Jack asked me about the criteria that was important to me and must have listened very carefully. A few days later he suggested a property I had initially rejected through looking on line but he convinced me to check it out. 24 hours later I made an offer and after a couple of days more the property is going to be my new home, subject to a few minor standard conditions.

Zani was extremely influential in helping us sell our home. From the start to the finish she guided us through the process and made sure we achieved the best result possible. I have dealt with a lot of different agents but Zani was definitely a standout from her organised internal systems ensuring everything went smoothly to even staging our home free of charge to ensure it was presented to a high standard. Her knowledge of the local West Melton area was great and was a huge factor in us being able to sell our home within a few weeks for a good price. we really appreciate everything you did for us and we won't hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking at selling or buying a home. Thank you very much,

Right off the bat, volunteered to take a video of the whole house and property as we were unable to make an initial viewing. Very supportive on auction day via phone bidding and everything in-between.
