Everything that Zani and the rest of the team did meant that the process of listing, hosting open homes, and the final settlement, was easy. Zani was energetic and her additional touches for the interior were very welcome. Natasha was able to connect with the open home vistors really well and ultimately this all lead to a higher than expected result. Zani also didn't over-promise in this regard which helped to keep expectations realistic.

Jacks communication was fast and efficient I did prefer phone calls and text messaged over long winded emails. The marketing process worked well and the photos /videos were great. Jill has been highly organised in the sale of our property. She advised us to invest in ensuring we make the sale attractive to a buyer by staging it and making sure a builders report was available. She knew all the things to do and had the networks which helped ensure we had a quick sale. When the house went on the market for a deadline sale we had the first offer within 6 days, the deadline date was brought forward and we had 7 offers on the table 3 days later with minimum conditions so one week later it went unconditional. We are very grateful for her knowledge, professionalism and her very kind approach. We did purchase the property 5 years ago through Jill and I have enjoyed looking at many houses with Jill.
