Zani and her team guided us through the whole sale process, from appraisal to auction day. Zani and her team were honestly amazing from start to finish. If I could give 6 stars, I would. I loved every part of the process (especially the auction), which I definitely didn't expect to say about selling a house. Zani and her team were always there when I needed advice, reassurance, or even just help getting my thoughts out in a text. They made everything really clear, kept me informed the whole way through, and made me feel really looked after, almost like family. Despite being in our 60s we have not had a lot of experienced dealing with Real Estate agents. We met Jill at the Open Day on the property we purchased. She was friendly, genuine and helpful from the get-go. Her communication was excellent, answering any questions that we had clearly and promptly. She kept us updated on any information we needed to know, prior to our offer being made and accepted. Jill was extremely professional on all counts. We will seek her out if we ever need to work with a Real Estate agent in the central Christchurch area again.

Everyone needs a Zani when purchasing a house. Having someone so informative, professional and yet so personable is hard to find.
