I don’t begrudge Zani a cent of her commission. She throughly earned it, and not because our property was a difficult sell, just because she works bloody hard! Zani stood out from the very beginning as a professional, a great communicator and a person who had expert knowledge and experience in her field. It made choosing her as our agent very easy. I trusted her guidance throughout the process and welcomed her regular communication. It was so nice to have the extra touches like her own styling, but now I really miss that extra throw on the couch and really do think my bed needs a pop with some dusky pink pillows!
