Being respectful to our wishes especially as there were interested buyers contacting us and Harcourt's long before the Auction .. some if the contact was not welcomed by us at the time and it helped to have a buffer with the Agents. We really like the Auctioneer Kieran too as very enthusiastic and helpful. We appreciated having Real Estate Agents who respected and understood the value of our property so we could get near our intended price. It was also important to utilise fine days for viewing and also checking the tide for the Estuary. Thanks for this. I loved that he lived in the area and knew it well with his children attending local schools known to me and my family . On auction day he did his very best to get us exactly what we were expecting which is hard to do when there are 6 siblings taking an interest .
