Throughout the pre-purchase process, he was highly responsive, quick to get answers to our questions from the sellers, and very accommodating with arranging additional viewings. On auction day, we did feel he put a bit of unnecessary pressure on us to stretch past our comfort zone and naturally favoured the seller's interests, but overall, his communication and organisation made the buying process smooth.

Ben is very patient and accommodating. He was able to facilitate days and times for viewing the beautiful beach front property that suited our lifestyle and needs. Was great to view the ocean from the deck at 7.30 in the morning. Ben’s local knowledge built trust. He allowed us to meet face to face with our offer, never assumed anything was non negotiable and was respectful when we were maxed to our limit and the vendor the same. Consequently we finally purchased with our timing and are very pleased. The relaxed attitude Ben takes helped us reach our decision with no pressure or gimmicks.
