Gavin and his team were very devoted to the marketing of this property. It became a little drown out as the first agreement relied upon the sale of another property by another real estate company. Once it appeared that this was not going to happen another acceptable offer was found and the property sold at an acceptable price considering the market. In the end a great job done by a great team
