Gavin and his team have excellent communication. Providing a great deal of advice and market knowledge, offering support and guidance going above and beyond. Best agent ever!!
She is a professional real estate agent. She knows every step of the process and gave me an advice when I asked. She is one of the best agent I have wver met. She understands how busy I am as a mother of three boys so she tried to choose a suitable time when we had a vendor meeting. Also, she is a mother so she talked to me not only as a business relationship but also as a women and mother so I always felt comfortable with her. I appreciated it.

Exceptional agent service
I have worked with Misaki on a number of residential moves involving sale and purchase. She is always extremely knowledgeable and helpful and goes the extra mile to get the best possible outcome. When economy is going up, everyone is expert, no one listens to advise. When economy is in down turn, everyone may hesitate. Sell or not to Sell? Buy or not to Buy? Cash flow concern! Can't serve with high interest rate but still need rental income? I appreciate Nic and Misaki, give me a very good advise on selling my property. They are taking good care of my concerns, taking good care of the tenants' concern, taking good care of buyer's concerns and made a very good balance and harmony in the process. I only missed 3 days rental income before settlement. Do you have same concern? If you need someone caring you and your "buying/selling process", care about the tenant, Nic and Misaki could definitely be a partner for you. Successful Long Term Family Home Sale
My Mother and I met with Nic and were impressed by his willingness to help, his local knowledge of the market and approachable and honest nature. We learnt a lot from Nic and he took us through all aspects of the house sale. He got us "on the market" at the auction with a great many prospective buyers in attendance and competing to offer the best price. And then there was those magic words for us as vendors "Sold".
