Maree Gray's performance representing Harcourt & Co was excellent in every way. Maree took responsibility for everything from the start and her huge depth of experience quickly showed. She even prepared a great detailed plan of the process and timeline for our information and approval. The whole technical and tricky job was managed in a way that gave every confidence to us that she knew what she was doing. We got a good result at a difficult time to be selling and are very pleased. We would highly recommend selling your house thru Harcourts with Maree at the helm.

Gavin is very knowledgeable about what the market is doing at the moment. He helped us determine a price that is very satifactory to us and still managed to sell the house quickly. He is very approachable and friendly.

Gavin & Michelle were very professional and showed very good market knowledge. Their advice and regular feedback during the marketing stage was helpful and informative. I really appreciated Michelle's support and help with managing the open homes, etc. I would have preferred a more consultative approach regarding the photos & video used . I was impressed with the auctioneer and thought the staging company you recommended did a very good job,

Our agent for life. We totally trusted Nic from start to finish on everything, but importantly ethics and competency. Nic took the time with us when the market conditions were rough and went above and beyond with Misaki to work for a good result. What other agent would spend/risk their own income during the vendors real time of need. Cool under pressure and just an all-round good person. Well be back! Carly and David Barr DB
