I choose Terry as my agent as right from the start she totally got the property and my connection to it- having lived there for 44 years of my married life. I felt totally at ease with her and she delivered on all her promises- to market it to the very best of her ability both on the Shore, over the bridge and internationally. She also presented the property to an extremely high standard with the staging process and was very particular about the market she was trying to attract vendors to. Even to the point she went and purchased a few items just to give it the right finish that she was after. Never did she give me false hope- always honest and never stop trying to follow up any hopeful leads. She also managed to have a lovely repour with any of the interested vendors. I would totally recommend her to anyone thinking about selling their property as she has empathy, knows the market well given her many years of experience and will always go the extra mile for you. Jacqui is a lovely agent and very down to earth and easy to talk to. We looked at a property she was selling (we hadn't make a firm decision to sell at that point) and then we fell in love with her listing, so it made sense to engage her to sell our place as well. She had really good advice about staging and the way to get the best photos, and was clear and concise with our plan for marketing etc I wouldn't say it was an easy process just due to current market conditions in Auckland, however Jacqui made it as seemless as possible. Would definitely use her again in the future.
