Everybody agent I came across in selecting the right agent for the sale of our house promised us the moon and stars, but Simone was humble, and provided us with all the facts of the challenges in the current market, to enable us to make an informed decision and one which we are glad to select her to be our agent. It was clear from the beginning that her heart was in the sale of our house and her personal interest in understanding our needs was exceptional, this proofed her willingness to walk the extra mile to assist us. The advice and support she provided when the enquiries was down, and the market quiet was exceptional and to keep us motivated not to lose hope of faith was a game changer.
