Maria and Marissa are a very proffessional team.
They are a great team who genuinely care and listened to our concerns at every step of the selling process. We found Maria and Marissa to be extremely helpful and proffessional throughout the process of selling Mums unit. Their local knowledge of the market and recommendations were much appreciated for making decisions we were not used to making. We can highly recommend them.

Happy that we bought through them
Maria and Marissa's marketing style is relaxed, genuine, transparent and professional. When combined with their approachable and pleasant personalities, I found that I like them and was at ease when communicating with them. We owe our recent purchase at auction to Maria and Marissa for making it happen. We took their advice of doing a building inspection and listened when pricing was discussed. The good building report and how the wording of the price was relayed to other buyers during the last weekend of open homes indicated there was going to be competition. With this info, we gave more thought to the purchase price. Just before the auction began, Maria asked if we wanted assistance with bidding and we gladly accepted. It made such a difference having Maria beside us as she was more like a supporting friend that day. We felt calm and confident throughout the bidding process and with Maria's guidance, success was achieved for all parties! Maria and Marissa are 'quiet achievers' to me. They do an outstanding job in their own individual way and we are very happy that we bought through them.

Greg was wonderful to work with - enormously professional, reliable and positive. A True Professional
Karen displayed true professionalism in liaising between buyer and seller in our negotiation. It was always clear she was working for the seller, and she did her utmost to get the sale over the line with as good a price as possible. However, she was also fair to us as buyers, keeping us informed and hopeful, even when the negotiation stretched out over many weeks.
