Exceptional service outstanding result
Ben is an agent I would use again when selling a property.He gave a great marketing plan and proposal. The photo display of my home on the proposal package impressed me instantly, as did the description of my home, made it sound an ideal house to purchase. Communication was excellent, he listened and went out of his way to make the transaction as pleasant as possible.

Working with Marissa and Maria was a great experience leading to the successful sale of my house.
Maria and Marissa continually showed their experience and knowledge of the real-estate business and the state of the market. They were very open and honest and didn't make promises they couldn't keep. They gave good advice of work that needed doing to the house that would make it more saleable. They guided me through the auction which was my chosen route for sale and ensured a good auctioneer was chosen for the event. All in all they successfully sold my property during a collapsing market and destressed what can be a verry stressful process.

Excellent agent with regular communications
Gary and Ben are able and willing to go the extra mile to assist you with the selling process. They gave us pointers on renovation and how to market the property. They gave us regular updates from each open home. They followed up with all prospective purchasers. They got two offers and we sold to the second offer. When the purchaser asked if there was broadband to the house they assisted with getting that installed quickly as i could depend on them to meet with Chorus if required. We live out of town and they are keeping a good eye on the place for us until settlement.
