Maria and Marissa's marketing style is relaxed, genuine, transparent and professional. When combined with their approachable and pleasant personalities, I found that I like them and was at ease when communicating with them. We owe our recent purchase at auction to Maria and Marissa for making it happen. We took their advice of doing a building inspection and listened when pricing was discussed. The good building report and how the wording of the price was relayed to other buyers during the last weekend of open homes indicated there was going to be competition. With this info, we gave more thought to the purchase price. Just before the auction began, Maria asked if we wanted assistance with bidding and we gladly accepted. It made such a difference having Maria beside us as she was more like a supporting friend that day. We felt calm and confident throughout the bidding process and with Maria's guidance, success was achieved for all parties! Maria and Marissa are 'quiet achievers' to me.
