Greg and Karen were wonderful to work with, they worked hard to sell our family home and we are very happy with the result. They took the time to go through the appraisal with us and explained in detail the marketing strategy etc. and that really helped us understand and showed us that they would be dedicated to selling our house, and that they were. They have excellent communication skills, are professional but also genuine people who are easy to get along with. Marissa & Maria have been so good to work with on the sale of our property. We probably couldn't have picked a worse time to sell with the prevailing market downturn since we listed in February; but through all of that Marissa & Maria stayed on task, running open homes, following up with prospective purchasers and keeping us informed. I cannot praise Maria more highly. She is very knowledgable on the Devonport Market having lived there for a long time.
