Karen and Greg were both friendly, professional and easy to communicate with and also very knowledgeable regarding the real estate market on Waiheke. we contacted Karen after 6 years as we originally purchased the property through Karen. The process was easy, we set a realistic goal for our sale price and they got to work on marketing straight away, we had the property listed for 4 weeks just prior to Christmas.
