OUTSTANDING, 100% PROFESSIONAL AND CARING AGENT - MY SUPER STAR
I listed my property with Lynda O'Riley in October 2024. From the day I met Lynda she did her utmost to sell the property for me - life style property which suits a person or family who wanted to escape the rat race. Within a month of the property being listed there was a contract - which unfortunately did not meet the unconditional date. Lynda did not loose interest - she kept going and encouraging me not to give up. With updates every week or earlier Lynda let me know when people were going to look at the property and when she was having an open home. For an agent who had to travel quite a distance to get to the property, after people had requested a viewing the previous week, Lynda kept me feeling positive when she informed me that they had not turned up to the open home. Finally after 10 months my property went unconditional.
