Very helpful & professional

Worked tirelessly for us and achieved the results we wanted.

We have bought and sold a number of properties through Ian, and he always makes what can be a stressful occasion, into a straight forward and simple procedure. This starts with accepting the advice of Ian and Cheryl about what needs to be done to the property to optimise its saleability. It was so worth it putting in some TLC to present the property well. Ian has the local knowledge and contacts to make for a quick sale, and the negotiating skills to get a pleasing price. Only a week on the market and it was sold. Lynda help us in buying this property and talking with neighbours
Lynda had alot of knowledge about the property and the area. Her lack of being able to access the contract during the long weekend held things up. Lynda was great to deal with.
