I listed my property with Lynda O'Riley in October 2024. From the day I met Lynda she did her utmost to sell the property for me - life style property which suits a person or family who wanted to escape the rat race. Within a month of the property being listed there was a contract - which unfortunately did not meet the unconditional date. Lynda did not loose interest - she kept going and encouraging me not to give up. With updates every week or earlier Lynda let me know when people were going to look at the property and when she was having an open home. For an agent who had to travel quite a distance to get to the property, after people had requested a viewing the previous week, Lynda kept me feeling positive when she informed me that they had not turned up to the open home. Finally after 10 months my property went unconditional. Myself, family and friends who met Lynda, for one reason or another, as I did not live in the area can not fault her expertise in providing helpful information and advice through the complete process of getting my house sold. If you are wanting to either sell or purchase a property I 100% recommend asking Lynda O'Riley to become your agent.

Lynda is very good at communicating and kept us well informed throughout the sale process. Lynda went the extra mile to support us which was especially valuable as we did no longer live in the area. Lynda often liaised with local contractors etc , meeting them at the property. We especially appreciated how Lynda was open & honest about the house and the sale process and we really felt she was truly representing us & we were not just a number.
