We have bought and sold a number of properties through Ian, and he always makes what can be a stressful occasion, into a straight forward and simple procedure. This starts with accepting the advice of Ian and Cheryl about what needs to be done to the property to optimise its saleability. It was so worth it putting in some TLC to present the property well. Excellent knowledge of the market and an insightful marketing programme.
Lynda is a very low key professional who has made the experience of selling our property a very easy one in a difficult climate.She was inflicted and communicated easily giving us ever chance to add our flavour to the marketing programme. Really enjoyed chatting to them.
Have no complaints. Me and my partner never thought we'd be able to afford the house but Ian said from day one you never know and you can only do your best, and went out to bat for us. Really appreciated how enthusiastic he was for us to put an offer in on the home. Made sure to keep in touch and up to date.
