I was really impressed with Annette. I was purchasing a property Annette was selling. I have had very little experience in this as my ex husband was the one who did that sort of thing. Aaron made our selling process very easy and stress free. He set out a selling plan to make things simple and transparent so we knew exactly what was happening at all stages. He kept us informed at all times of potential buyers and their level of interest especially after all open homes. We felt he connected to our property and was personally invested to get us the best result at auction. On auction day we felt completely at ease knowing he had our best interest at the forefront and during the negotiation process his knowledge and experience was definitely the reason we exceeded our price expectations . Malcolm's knowledge, communication and professionalism is second to none. We were constantly kept up to date with the tracking of our property. Confirmation with regards to open homes and feedback after the open home was great. Prior to the listing his professionalism on how he would manage our property was superb. What helped us prior to taking the house photos was Malcolm's visit to explain how best to stage the house, what needed to be stored or displayed - being a first time seller this was most helpful.
