Aaron was absolutely amazing to deal with. From the moment we met him him, he was relaxed and easy to deal with, giving us all the information we needed to purchase a house, we did not feel we were pushed into anything we were not wanting. He was always friendly and professional, and no question was too small. He never made us feel that we were putting him out and always there to answer questions along the way. Not sure I can find the words to express how happy I am with the service Read showed me while purchasing my unit. Even during our first phone call, I felt at ease and that I was dealing with an agent who genuinely wanted to help me make my purchase happen. There was never any pressure and I knew that I could ask questions, no matter how silly they may have seemed! Read was open, honest and totally upfront about any pitfalls that I may not have picked up on, which I found invaluable. He explained everything in language I could understand, making the whole experience achievable. And the kicker is, I don't even live in New Zealand, I have never met Read in person but I feel that if he walked in the room, it would be like catching up with an old friend!!. Thank you Read.
