Malcolm's knowledge, communication and professionalism is second to none. We were constantly kept up to date with the tracking of our property. Confirmation with regards to open homes and feedback after the open home was great. Prior to the listing his professionalism on how he would manage our property was superb. What helped us prior to taking the house photos was Malcolm's visit to explain how best to stage the house, what needed to be stored or displayed - being a first time seller this was most helpful.
