I bring a wealth of Knowledge not just about Real Estate but have also spent 22 years Farming, 17 years in South Otago and 15 of those years were also spent as a Dairy Stock Agent. Prior to Farming I was a Customer Service Supervisor and Job Efficiency Trainer for a Multinational Gas Company. As I am now a proud local of South Otago, I'm not just your Real Estate Agent; I'm your neighbour. A hard sell in exceptional time

Shelly came on board right from the start of this exercise gave sound market information and an appropriate recommendation for the sale process. Working with a Committee based in three locations was no problem for her at all. She was happy to pace her work to the approval process of the committee and the intermittent work availability of all involved. Once the marketing commenced she provided a suitable number of open homes until she was able to table an offer. The sale process progressed at speed and a very satisfactory result emerged.

First home buying

As first time home buyers, we were anxious about the whole process but Shelley made it easy. Me and Jean couldn't believe everything went smoothly. From property viewing to closing. Having an agent like Shelley can simplify the process is invaluable making our journey less worrying. She was very professional and made of buying very straight forward.
