Working with a Committee based in three locations was no problem for her at all. She was happy to pace her work to the approval process of the committee and the intermittent work availability of all involved. Once the marketing commenced she provided a suitable number of open homes until she was able to table an offer. The sale process progressed at speed and a very satisfactory result emerged.
