I have had a previous experience with a different agent & company when I felt the agent was very manipulative and also 'switched sides' once the going got tough - that is, they were working for the buyer in order to push a sale through and get their commission. We were updated and regularly kept in contact after every open home and after discussions with prospective buyers. Her knowledge of the market was excellent and her negotiation skills came to the fore. Even when I felt like giving up Shelley was always there to keep trying and try she did.
