They communicated well and provided valuable, timely advice / feedback throughout the process, even making themselves available when needed while overseas on holiday. I guess some reviews can be weak , as it could be the agents mother or best friend doing the review. I guess he found me, knew the property I owned from a search and knew the market for it. It just suited me to jump on the opportunity. He never lauded his knowledge over me as often agents do, the experience was great and I wouldn't be surprised if he does well in the future.
