Been looking for a 4 bedroom house for rent quite sometime. Just had a 1 time house viewing with Janice. I put up an application and everything went smooth.

We were tenants through Cowdy. We were impressed about Cowdy's good process during renting. We always had a great communication and timely response. During one of the inspections, Cowdy found out about water heater issue and fixed it which resulted in less electricity bill after that. Great people and great communication.

I have been with Cowdy's for 10+ years now and they have been extremely easy to deal with and their proactivity is fantastic. Nicola Flanagan in particular has been brilliant. Never a problem, always on the front foot, and great communication. They have taken my landlord pain away.

We were looking for 2 bedroom house for our family and then we saw this property in St Albans which is newly renovated.... we filled the application form and the process was so quick. Also, they helped us in every step and were very friendly.

I have been working with Cowdy Real Estate since 2010, and over the years they have consistently provided me with excellent service in managing my rental property. From the very beginning, I felt confident that my investment was in safe hands, and that confidence has only grown stronger with time. One of the aspects I value most about Cowdy is their deep market knowledge. They always provide accurate and timely advice regarding rental values, tenant expectations, and market trends. This has helped me keep my property competitive and ensured that I attract and retain reliable tenants. Communication has always been another strong point of my experience. The team, and especially my property manager, have been proactive in keeping me informed of any developments. Whether it’s regular updates, inspection reports, or quick responses to any queries I may have, I always feel well-supported and never left in the dark. Professionalism is at the heart of Cowdy’s service. They take great care in selecting tenants, which has given me peace of mind knowing my property is well looked after. Over the years, they have always placed respectful and responsible tenants, which is one of the key reasons I have stayed with them for so long. In short, Cowdy Real Estate has given me a worry-free experience as a landlord. Their professionalism, reliability, and personal approach have made a huge difference in my property ownership journey. I am very happy with their service and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone seeking property management support.

I have recently engaged with Cowdy's to manage my rental properties, after being recommended to them by a family member that couldn't rate them highly enough. Samantha has been great to work with, she responds very quickly and deals with situations in a very straight forward manner. I especially like that she has taken the time to find great tenants and ensure that they are a good match to the properties. I look forward to continuing this positive relationship in the future.
