I have been very happy with my time in the property I live in and was very sad to move out due to circumstances I couldn’t change, my property manager Gina was absolutely amazing to work with she always had high levels of communication and was always very friendly and supportive. Gina always ensure that the moving in and out process was easy for everyone that was involved and I will always be very grateful for the time she spent helping me 😊

I had a very nice experience with Cowdy Real Estate. Especially with their property manager Ruby. She's very professional in terms of dealing with tenants. She's easy to communicate with, she responded with our enquiries and process our application swiftly. I really like how they manage to get everything we needed from electricity, Wi-Fi and etc.

We had the pleasure of working with Samantha as our real estate agent, and she was fantastic! Samantha was incredibly attentive, professional, and had a wonderful attitude. She always communicated everything in detail ahead of time, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. We genuinely enjoyed our time living in the property she helped us find. If we ever need to rent or buy a home again, Samantha will be our first choice. She’s a trustworthy agent who goes above and beyond for her clients. Highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a great real estate experience!
