How Cowdy as a property management makes sure that communication with tenant is done, has been a good experience. I appreciate the newsletters and reminders, but.... My biggest shout out goes to Ruby! She is definitely the best property manager I have come across with. Her approach makes me feel appreciated as a tenant and increases the appreciation towards the work she and Cowdy are doing. It was actually the fact that Cowdy (and Ruby) were managing this property that made me want to see it (and then apply it) even though I was perfectly happy were I was renting earlier. Thank you!
