Cowdy Real Estate demonstrate what it means to be a professional property manager. From an induction into the services offered through to managing our property, we cannot fault the service. Experience in all matters associated with rental properties ensures our rental investment is being looked after, and returns maximised. Changes to legislation are highlighted to us which ensures we remain compliant. A very thorough vetting process is evident when seeking new tenants, which is very important to us. Whilst always professional, there is a personal connection that exists that makes transactions easier.

She gave us genuine advice and very supportive whenever we need. We've been struggling to get a student flat for months, but everything has resolved quickly thanks to the help of their agent!

Hi, I have looked after my own rentals for almost 30 years. This year I had the tenant from hell. Police were involved with an assault charge and I had to go to the Tenancy Tribunal for the first time ever to get them evicted. I decided it was time to try a property management team to take over the headache of the healthy homes system and finding tenants that are truthful and reliable. Cowdy’s was recommended as a property manager, they have been professional and so easy to deal with.
