Samantha was very friendly yet professional in every aspect of her interaction with us, the exiting tenant and new tenant. She communicated clearly and followed up as there was considerable time involved in liaising with the outgoing tenant. She was very thorough and made sure updated reference photos were taken post repairs. Samantha advised us on the current market rents and availability making it easy for us to decide on the rent. To top it off she very promptly signed up a new tenant leaving very little vacant time
