Gael from Cowdy was very pleasant to work with. She communicated very well and was always available in case we needed her. Property was very well maintained and overall really good rental experience.
Cowdy Real Estate
Had an easy and transparent onboarding experience, I appreciated having a chance to go through the tenancy agreement in person, and having it explained in a way that felt like coversation rather than a court hearing. Everything was very clear and efficient, and felt humane in comparison to the usual awkward and stark corporate interactions I've experienced in the past.

Cowdy Real Estate
Signing up to the lease was handled well. Always pretty smooth sailing with Cowdy and they were understanding and professional when I broke the lease. Only thing I would say was a downer was the staff turnover because I dealt with 3 agents. Hopefully Louis hangs around as he is good.
