Scott was a pleasure to deal with. From the outset his efficiency and knowledge was remarkable and his experience made the whole process stress-free. He expedited the paperwork and coordinated marketing and viewings effectively, leading to the quick sale of two apartments on my behalf. I would highly recommend him to friends and family.

We felt that we were able to confidently leave the sale of our apartment in Scott's hands completely. It wasn't easy with a tenant in situ, but Scott handled things like a pro. We weren't in Auckland either, so had to rely on Scott even more than normal. But from the get-go we felt that Scott was very knowlegeable about the building, knew the market, knew what had to be done and got on with it. His communications were excellent, so we were always up with the play. He got the people to the auction, kept the tenant happy and we went to market and were sold within 3 weeks. It was pretty intense but Scott made an enormous effort right through the process. Thank you Scott.
