During the whole process of finding a property Chris was patient, thoughtful, available and really knowledgeable. Chris was very good at explaining in a very clear manor the different options we had for selling our property. He constantly updated us as our tender went along, communication he has in bucket loads. His knowledge of all things always astounded us, it was like is there anything he doesn't know and we always sensed his integrity and honesty which was important. We felt he got us the best deal while being in a flat market. It amazed us that he would have 2 open homes in the weekend while others only seemed to go with one and we wondered if he ever slept, always on the go LOL He certainly changed our view of what a real estate agent does as he worked very hard for us. He is a true professional in every sense of the word. No rest for Chris as we wait for him to get us our next home.

Selling an apartment in this time was not easy. But Chris who was referred to us went out and got the job done. He took care of the details so we had minimal tasks to deal with and our involvement could be kept to minimal level. The financial result was probably the best that could be achieved in this time. Chris sold my home in Mairangi Bay year, in a very timely professional manner.Since then I have been working with Chris to secure another Northshore home in a very complex market, floods, declining prices, limited good stock unseasonably rain and elections. Chris Ediker was the Agent who took me out and although this was not entirely the right property for me, Chris asked what I was looking for and listened to me carefully, once he knew what I wanted he searched tirelessly to find it and it wasn't that long before he came up with it. Chris negotiated for that property and got me a very good price - he then marketed mine and got me a handsome price against all the odds as my home did have a few issues of its own. Throughout the entire process Chris was always helpful with his expert advice and gave me the confidence that I lacked in and I truly believe if it had of been a different Agent I may well of stayed where I was for good. I would have no hesitation in recomending Chris to anyone in fact I would say you are very lucky to have chris work for you - I know I owe him alot and I wish him well in his chosen proffession.
