We felt that we were able to confidently leave the sale of our apartment in Scott's hands completely. It wasn't easy with a tenant in situ, but Scott handled things like a pro. We weren't in Auckland either, so had to rely on Scott even more than normal. But from the get-go we felt that Scott was very knowlegeable about the building, knew the market, knew what had to be done and got on with it. His communications were excellent, so we were always up with the play. He got the people to the auction, kept the tenant happy and we went to market and were sold within 3 weeks. Scott has been fantastic throughout the process. Selling and buying a house has been a stressful experience but Scott was doing everything he could to make it as seamless as possible. The current market has been a trying time with mixed interest due to the large volume of houses on the market and buyers that are highly conditional. Scott got us there in the end with a sold price that is higher than the average in our area. Communication was fantastic, he would pickup the phone whenever we called and gave weekly updates of the market and the interest we’ve had. We would not hesitate to use Scott as our agent again in the future.
