It's been a good experience with a good outcome.
We first met Pam at a open home and decided to list our property with her and Vivian. We found Pam to be very straight to the point and was not afraid to put her opinions across which we found reassuring, Pam was very easy to communicate with and could be contacted anytime. Pam was excellent at keeping us informed of the changing market and always gave us confidence that she would sell our property. Pam listened to us and found us the exact property we were looking for. Pam was fun to work with and we consider her not only a real estate agent but also a friend. We would highly recommend Pam to anyone buying or selling a property. Clark truly went the extra mile for us as a family.
We selected Clark as our agent based on his experience in lifestyle properties, his very evident high EQ and his integrity. He clearly had the qualities and ability to work well with the discerning parties we anticipated may be interested in our property. Clark was outstanding in communicating with us through out, from advice on staging the house, to navigating the nuances of the property, and throughout the sale process. Clark also brought a consistent positivity and the persistence needed when traversing the ups and down of selling in a soft market. While we all met Clark in person as a family prior to going to market, all of the photography, open homes, auction and subsequent sale processes were conducted with us as partially remote vendors. Clark truly went the extra mile for us as a family. We really got the impression that Clark was as passionate about the property as we were. It has been a delight to work with Clark on the sale of this property and would highly recommend him to others looking for an outstanding agent.

A highly professional team
Brent and Andre and the team provided excellent service, from the initial consultation and appraisal through to the negotiation and closure of the sale. They communicated well and provided great market feedback, using the comprehensive data supplied by the marketing platforms to tweak the strategy. We were particularly impressed with not only their sound advice and knowledge but also the fact that they listened to our views and acted on them. Altogether a positive experience in a difficult selling market.

The best real-estate agency in Tauranga.
We would recommend Brent, Andre and Hunter to anyone! They made the whole selling process so easy. We especially appreciated them sending someone to help stage our house, and their advice when we received offers. They did all they could to get the best price for our home, in a tough market. A special mention to Hunter who worked incredibly hard and gave us lovely positive feedback messages after our open homes which was very encouraging. I would recommend Pam Holly to everybody
What a great experience working with Pam Holly and the team. We had the house appraised over a year ago we received some good advice as to the require. Presentation of the property. Pam has good knowledge of the housing market her appraisal was spot on. The marketing plan was excellent and the selling strategy was amazing. Communication with Pam has been punctual and to the point. Selling a house in this present market is not an easy process,Pam gave us positive support and encouragement though the process, resulting in a great end experience. I would happily recommend Pam to everybody looking at bringing their property onto the market.
