We recently purchased a home through Andre Stewart of the Tremains Real Estate BOP Group. Brent and Andre use a personal approach to ascertain the expectations of their clients. Although Spring is usually considered a "good" time to sell, the Market is not always predictable. They have good communication skills and the weekly meetings and reports were very useful. They were always enthusiastic about getting the house sold.

Nick listened to my requirements and for the next 2 years, continually informed me of properties that were able to tick most of the boxes. He even took the time to show me around places outside normal work time to suit my hours. Then, finally the property turned up that ticked all of the boxes.
