While we appreciate, we listed just as the housing market had started to slump, we followed the advise we were getting from khalid but had little interest which was frustrating. Maybe our expectations with a cooling market were unachievable. While the feedback on what buyers was saying was positive It seems our price bracket was above what they where prepared to pay. We did follow the market down and in the end Payal did secure a sale which we are very thankful for. Commuinication from the time of interest with the buyer to the day of the settlement was fantastic. 5 stars to Payal.
