Initially he showed us the property and then left us plenty of time to go through the house at our own pace. His communication skills are excellent, answered additional questions swiftly and during the negotiation process he informed us constantly about the status. We recently purchased a home through Andre Stewart of the Tremains Real Estate BOP Group. Brent and Andre use a personal approach to ascertain the expectations of their clients. Although Spring is usually considered a "good" time to sell, the Market is not always predictable. They have good communication skills and the weekly meetings and reports were very useful. They were always enthusiastic about getting the house sold.
