We found our experience with Hunter and Brent to be really enjoyable. We were kept up to date with any new documents that were coming available as well the extra lengths Hunter went to, to speak with the council around one question we had about our new property. We're very thankful for their hard work, friendly and positive nature and willingness to be available whenever we needed them. We'd definitely use them again - but hopefully wont have too for some time now we've got a wonderful new home!

We were very impressed from the beginning of our dealings with Brent and Andre. They were both polite, friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions and had a great understanding of the current market and had helpful advice going forward with the listing and selling of our property. They kept in constant contact with regular meetings, texts and phone calls. They were both friendly but professional, and easy to get along with. From the very first interaction with Brent at Tremains he approached our fathers deceased estate sale with the utmost respect and compassion, understanding the sentimental value tied to the property. Communiation was important to us, a WhatsApp group was set up and used daily, with weekly zoom meetings we were kept informed every step of the way and at no stage did we feel that Hunter or Brent were not working for us as the Vendors, they had our interests foremost. Nick was amazing to work with. We were well informed the whole way through the process. We had a direct- fix clad property with moisture issues and Nick made sure that we targeted the correct market while not excluding any potential buyers. When interest waned on our property, Nick changed up the marketing and listing we had to keep our property relevant.
