Sound advise and felt he had my best interest at heart
I found Geoff to be exceptionally professional and he communicated with every turn. He was very helpful in regards to organising the tidying of the property as I live 5 hours away. I also felt his advise was sound and felt he had my best interest at heart during the whole process.

Geoff drove us around for a few hours to get a sense of the town, the suburbs and then amenities
We have recently purchased a property in the lower Coromandel/Thames area. Geoff Graham in Thames was the agent we contacted around six months ago, and as we didn’t know the region very well, Geoff drove us around for a few hours to get a sense of the town, the suburbs and then amenities. Geoff then also prompted a viewing of the property which we had initially discarded as it was not in our search area – but we subsequently purchased that property” “The reason for my email is that I wanted you to know that we have been thoroughly impressed by Geoff and his level of professionalism over the months – during a difficult and sluggish market. He certainly went above and beyond.. And he (with Glenn Tanner) negotiated a deal that we felt was a good balance between us and the vendor… as well as the prevailing market. It has been a pleasure dealing with Bayleys Thames. This is out third house purchase on the north island… and I can honestly say that Geoff made any of the other agents we have dealt with look pretty amateurish
