Geoff has a very easy but sincere nature, and made the experience of selling a property, which I had owned for 30 years, a pleasurable one. Geoff always kept me well informed in an articulate manner, whether by phone, text or e-mail; this happened at each stage of the tender process, with which I was not experienced and this was with both small and any significant issues. From his attitude I was confident in his ability to problem-solve at any level. Further he always did what and when he said he would, and was certainly most reliable in all ways.
