Finding the right property for us
We looked at many properties trying to find the perfect one for our retirement home. It has always been my dream to retire to the Thames coast, live by the sea fishing and sailing and enjoying life. it was getting difficult to find exactly what we wanted. Robyn searched and found this property for us and I knew as we drove into the driveway it was the one. It was a perfect fit for us ticking all the boxes. It only got better when we went inside and saw the fantastic view We are very lucky to get the perfect property for us and are looking forward to making all the new memories with friends and family. Great experience
Robyn was very respectful of our wishes as sellers with a family. Negotiating viewings and open homes at times that wouldn't interfere with family life to much. Weekly contact and updates were great, and when things stalled she provided advice on what we could do to boost interest again. Provided guidance on the take over process as this was new to us, and what we needed to do along the way. A successful outcome for all parties

Very professional
It was not the easiest of properties to sell into the market at that time but Robyn stuck with it always looking for ways to promote our home to achieve the best deal possible, Her communication level was tops keeping us up to date with market trends and where she seen the market heading, We only achieved our price because Robyn stuck with what we wanted to achieve from the sale of our property instead of trying to get us to drop our price to meet the market she stood fast to get the market to meet our price.
