Genuine, professional and straight up
Geoff was the agent selling a property we ended up buying. He was the polar opposite of the hard sell property agent, and we appreciated how he handled the negotiations and the sale. He was diligent in finding out necessary information for us, and was patient with our many questions and queries. I highly recommend Geoff as a great person to deal with in the property world.

Diligent consistent service provider
Geoff Graham provided our institution support and informed effort over more than a year in order to meet our goal of selling a property with many unique challenges. He kept us informed of all the efforts he made to bring potential buyers to the property. Geoff brought a depth of experience to the process and kept us well informed about how best we could remove hurdles for the potential buyer of this Grade 2 historic building. While the sale price we achieved was below our expectations we came to realise that the reality of the cooling market and the unusual character and limitations of the property necessitated this eventuality.

Excellent agent & an all round good guy
Geoff sold our house at 107 Bennett Rd, Temata some years back, and again, more recently, we went straight to him to sell our place 6B Tapu Creek Farm. We felt confident he had a good understanding of the local market and was very empathetic towards his work. I like to think we formed a friendship with him and we never questioned his committment to our best interests. If we were looking for an agent again, we wouldn't hesitate to call Geoff to act on our behalf again.
