Robyn was a pleasure to work with, and went out of her way to get things happening. There was a bit of complication regarding the cladding on the house, but she helped to organise tradies for the vendor who lived in Auckland, so the sale could keep moving forward. If it wasn't for a couple of terms and conditions in the contract needing to be clarified and changed, this would have been a 5 star rating. I would definitely use Robyn again if I ever had the need for another property.

We chose Geoff as our selling agent after meeting him several times when buying a house - although we did not buy a property from him! He has impressed us with good communication, dedication to explain all options and listening to and working through our issues. He has acted very professionally, strictly in accordance with real estate standards, but friendly. And when his open home days did not produce many people ( due to the very specialised nature of our property) he was able to use his contacts to identify a couple that were very keen and made an offer above our expectations.
